Description

HTS Series flat Vibrating Screen is used for screening and classification of materials. It can be widely used in metallurgy,chemical industry, coal, building materials and other industries.

Features

1.The ellipse running track has the advantages of circular vibrating screen and linear screen, which is
conducive to material layering, through screen and conveying. The conveying speed of material is large,
the material layer is thin and it’s not easy to block holes, which can improve the output and screening
ef ciency of the vibrating screen effectively.
2.The ellise vibrating amplitude, frequency and angle can be adjustable, and the ideal vibration trajectory
can be selected according to the actual material condition, which has more advantages for dificult
screening materials.
3.The overall assembly of the screening box adopts cold riveting process, and the ring groove rivets are
connected to ensure the strength and rigidity of the screening box.
4.The three- shaft drive forced synchronous vibration can make the sieve machine obtain a stable working
state, which is especially diahtb the sieving that requires a large amount of processing.
